We have been in the car rental business for the last more than 20 years. With the expansion of our operations, the Company was incorporated in the year 1995. Green Tourist Services (P) Ltd is one of the leading car rental companies in Delhi/NCR and is a name synonymous with excellence in the car rental industry.

Pan India Operations

We are working on Pan India basis. Currently, in addition to Delhi/NCR, we have our operations in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Cochin, and Chennai.

Fleet of Cars

We have a fleet of more than 150 cars of different models/categories. We also provide cars of any model/category, on demand. We are also capable of providing Volvo/Merc Buses for Delegation and Group visits around Delhi and outstation.

Offices

With head-office in New Delhi, we have our offices in Gurgaon, Noida, and Bangalore.

Operations

For efficient coordination, we have centralized operations from our head-office at Shop No.9, Sector-2 R.K. Puram Market, New Delhi. We have 24x7 fully computerized operations manned by highly dedicated, experienced, and professional staff. Bookings are received through email and on telephone. The operational staffs not only book the duty, they also inform the client about the driver’s name and mobile number and vehicle number well in advance and also keep a track so that the vehicle reaches the reporting place at the scheduled time. Clients’ satisfaction is their prime duty

Drivers

Our drivers are well experienced, well-mannered, and duly trained for good behavior. They perform duty in proper uniform. They are appointed after the police verification and medical check-up. We also provide English-speaking drivers as per requirement especially for expats.

Financial Status

Our Company is financial quite robust and is capable of handling any mega project / services. Our main Banker is HDFC with which we have sanctioned over-draft limit of Rs.200 lakh. The Company is also registered for Service Tax.

Labor Laws

Our Company strictly complies with all the relevant labor laws relating to minimum wages, ESI, EPF, Leave, and so on. The Company is duly registered for ESI and EPF.

Clients

We have patronage of a good number of premier national and multi-national companies. Our business relationship with some of the companies is of 10-15 years. We have maintained this relationship on the strength of our commitment, performance, sincerity, and integrity. This can be verified from our present patrons also.

1N Registration

Our Company is also registered with Delhi Transport Department under 1N category whereby the car with 1N registration number can also be used as self-driven. Under this category, ours is one of the 25 companies in the entire country.

Implant Supervisor

Where the work load is heavy, we provide a dedicated Implant Supervisor to ensure hassle-free service to the Clients. The Implant Supervisor equipped with laptop, internet, and mobile facilities receives the booking directly and transfer the same to the Back-Office for performance of duty. He is also responsible for follow-up action including tracking of the duty. This arrangement is without any extra cost the Client Company.

Airport Representative

We have stationed full-time Airport Representatives at IGI Domestic and International Terminal for ensuring hassle-free airport pick-up and drop of our Clients. They are also responsible to receive the clients at the airport with a placard and to guide them to the waiting car. This facility to the clients is again without any extra cost.
